James Honemond is the HR manager for CGS, bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources and payroll. He has spent 16 years with the USM System, where he has played a key role in implementing a new HCM system, identifying efficiencies across HR and payroll operations, and developing initiatives that strengthen employee engagement. Outside of work, Honemond enjoys going to the movies, traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.
